With over eighteen years of experience in both creating and teaching art, I bring a unique perspective to the classroom, blending my own artistic journey with a strong dedication to helping my students explore and express their creative potential.
I am a visual artist renowned for my work, primarily in acrylics on large canvases, featuring multiple layers and rich textures. My favourite subjects encompass a range from the human figure to still life. I am also a resin artist, dedicated to crafting sleek and glossy surfaces with bespoke designs in a myriad of colours on various surfaces.
My art has been portrayed in numerous solo exhibitions and collective showcases in various galleries and prestigious venues throughout Malta.
My teaching experience spans across different age groups, from infants to teenagers, and extends into various settings, including both the private and public sectors in different schools, communities, and special events.
I take pride in hosting lectures and workshops at the University of Malta for prospective Early Years and Primary educators, guiding them on how art can be promoted as both a subject and a cross-curricular perspective within their classrooms.
I believe that art is a powerful means of self-expression and a vital part of human culture. My teaching philosophy is centred around fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where students of all skill levels can feel confident in their creative abilities. I actively encourage experimentation, exploration, and the development of a personal artistic voice.
