This course is pure design experience for children aged 9 to 12. It focuses on the most important part of fashion: The Vision. Master the Art of the Concept. In this course, we treat fashion as a visual art form. Your designer will dive deep into the aesthetic and structural side of the industry:

• Avant-Garde Illustration: Learn to draw the ‘fashion figure’ using professional technique in pencil, coloured markers, pens and water colour pensils.
• Architectural Silhouettes: Explore how shapes and shadows from the art world translate into wearable structures.
• The Curator’s Eye: Study the history of ‘Art-to-Wear,’ exploring how movements like Surrealism and Pop Art redefined what we wear.
• Colour Theory & Mood: Develop sophisticated colour palettes and ‘Concept Boards’ that tell a visual story.
• Familiarisation with Fabric: Studying different types of fabric to find a suitable texture for different garment designs.
